Estimates on new systems and replacements are always free. You'll get real numbers and options — never a hard sell.

Do you work on my brand of furnace or AC?
Yes — we repair and maintain all makes and models. For new installations we recommend Trane as our premium line and Goodman for value, and we stand behind both with our 5-year labor warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Lucas Heating and Air is licensed, bonded, and insured — Utah DOPL #13652729-5501 — and we've been serving the Salt Lake City area since 2006.
Will checking financing options affect my credit?
No. Optimus and Enhancify start with a soft pull, which doesn't affect your credit score, and Snap doesn't run a traditional credit check at all. A hard inquiry only happens if you accept a lender's offer and open an account. Every option is subject to approval by the lender.
What does the 5-year labor warranty cover?
It covers installation workmanship on every HVAC system we install, for five years — most companies offer one or two. It stays active with an annual professional tune-up from our team. Ask us for the full terms when you get your estimate.
